Kim is a Florida native and has lived her entire life in Pinellas County. She began her professional career in the title insurance industry in 1992. She maintained her focus within the areas of title insurance and real estate law and became a Licensed Title Insurance Professional in 2000. Since then, Kim continued to build upon her career by accumulating experience and knowledge in every aspect of the title insurance industry while working for the area’s best title insurance companies.

After many years of hard work and dedication, Kim decided it was time to take on a new challenge. In February, 2015, she joined forces with her husband, Jeff, who together opened their own title insurance company within Jeff’s law firm. Today, Kim manages the daily tasks of running a successful title insurance company and is known for her quick response time, expertise and accuracy. Kim takes pride in rising up to her goal of surpassing her clients’ expectations with professionalism, efficiency and confidence. Kim and her team are available to perform real estate closings in our office as well as outside the office in order to accommodate our clients.

Kim is ALTA Best Practices Certified and an active member of the Women’s Council of Realtors. With over 20 years of experience, Kim has proven to be truly dedicated to her career within the title insurance industry.
